Cookies
In accordance with the provisions of § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, we hereby inform you that our servers use so-called cookies for their operation.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files (short text files) that are stored on individual computers using a web browser. Without these files, browsing the web would be more complicated and less comfortable. Thanks to cookies, the visited website remembers the actions and settings of the user, who does not have to enter them repeatedly. This makes repeat visits easier and more productive for users.
Cookies can generally be divided into two types:
- Temporary cookies – they are stored on your device only for the duration of the session (visit to the website). Most often, I allow information to be saved when moving from one website to another (for example, putting a product in the basket in an e-shop and continuing to buy).
- Persistent cookies – they stay on your computer longer. They help us to identify your device when you visit again (they do not allow you to be personally identified in any way and we store the relevant data completely anonymously) and thus enable us to adapt our pages and advertisements to your interests.
- Another group are so-called third-party cookies. They are characterized by the fact that they are controlled by third parties that acquire and collect this data. This is, for example, a cookie for analyzing the traffic of the Google Analytics service or the operators of advertising systems that are used on our website.
Cookies do not pose a danger to your data, nor do they serve to obtain sensitive personal data. We use cookies exclusively for measurement and generally to ensure your maximum satisfaction. We do not use cookies to identify users or to misuse login data.
Each user has the option to refuse the use of these files. However, it should be noted that in some cases it will not be necessary to display a certain service or product.
Cookies usually take up a few kilobytes on your device, so they take up almost no space on the disk drive.
What do we use cookies for?
Customize settings
We use cookies to store information that affects the appearance and behavior of the website. Thanks to this fact, it is then possible to personalize the website and it is not necessary to set it up every time you visit. It can be, for example, a preferred language, text size or choice of service provided.
Statistical purposes
We use Google analytics to better understand what our readers are interested in and how they behave on our site. It stores anonymous cookies with each visit. Thanks to this information, we know how many users visit our site, which section or how often. This information is anonymized and is not linked to a specific person in any way. You can find details about Google Analytics here.
How can I influence the cookie settings on my computer?
If your browser allows the use of cookies, we will assume that you agree to the use of standard cookies on our websites. If you do not want to save these cookies, it is possible to block their use.
You can set and manage cookies in your browser. Every standard browser supports cookie management (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.).
Within the administration, you can delete, block, disable or enable each individual cookie for each website.
You can find cookie management settings in the help of your browser. Within the main browsers you will find information:
Chrome: here
Edge: here
Internet Explorer: here
Firefox: here
